Brad combines political acumen and over 30 years experience in a variety of roles in the public and private sector to lead the firm.  His work with candidates for local, state and federal office is vast and his knowledge of how the political system works is widely sought after.   He combines his work experience on Capitol Hill and the Executive Branch with his corporate experience to navigate the political and legislative process for his clients.

Brad served as Chief of Staff to Congressman John E. Sweeney (R-NY), where he oversaw all political, policy and appropriations issues. Furthermore, he directed the Congressman’s efforts on the House Steering Committee, as well as his efforts as a member of the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Executive Committee.  He remains actively engaged with a bipartisan group of current and former Chiefs of Staff for New York Members of Congress.

Prior to that Brad served as a consultant to the Secretary of Defense working in the office of Strategic Operations and Low Intensity Conflicts, Office of Drug Enforcement and Policy.  He was then detailed to Executive Office of the President of the United States, Office of National Drug Control Policy at the White House. He then moved on to be the Government Relations Manager for 3M Company’s Traffic Controls Material Division in the Northeast.

Recently, Brad was a Managing Partner of one of Washington DC’s largest public policy firms, Dutko Worldwide where he, along with his partners, were successful in growing Dutko into one of the largest and most successful lobbying firms in the United States.  He helped oversee the successful sale of Dutko, prior to his departure from the firm.

Brad is a graduate of Saint Anselm College.  He currently serves on the board of the Institute of Politics as Saint Anselm College.  Additionally he serves on the Board of the Capitol Hill Club.
